Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of my products I do not accept returns or exchanges. Most items are custom created and made-to-order.
Cancellations
I will accept cancellations on orders for up to 24 hours after purchase.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items
Please inspect your order upon reception to ensure that the item is not defective or damaged. LaytonLife Creations is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it is accepted by the carrier. It is up to the customer to work with UPS directly. With that being said, if something does happen, please reach out to me and I will do what I can to help!
